The Application Process For Domestic Students

Complete Application Form

Download the application form, from the bottom of the page or you can click here.

After completing all the sections don’t forget to print out the form and sign each signature block. You can either mail or E-mail completed form.

Submit The Form

Currently there are two ways to submit the application form.

You can either E-Mail your completed form or Mail it one of  or admission office to your desired campus.

Gather Necessary Documents

Don’t forget to attach all documents that we already asked for otherwise your application will be delayed.

Review The Submission

The Admissions Committee reviews complete applications on a rolling basis & we will let you know if we need more documents from you.

Last Decision

If admitted to Alpha, you will receive an email confirming your student’s enrollment. This email will include all of the details students need to prepare for their first day.

Documents Required

The following documents should be mailed to Alpha for admission consideration :

  • An application form completed and signed by the student and his/her parent.
  • Credit Summary (Last updated Transcript/Report card that has final mark of prerequisite of the course that you are interested)
  • 2 Photo ID (One of them must mention your status in Canada e.g Passport, PR Card, Study Permit)

Please note that interviews in person or by the phone may be required.

Guardianship For International Students:

If the student is under 19 years of age, Canadian Immigration requires custodianship. If he/she stays in our student dormitory or home stay program, Alpha High School can assume supervisory responsibility and meet the custodianship requirement.
